GENERAL.

As a digital artist, all works or products will be digital.I reserve the right to refuse any commissions or requests at any time if payment has not been made.Clients are free to share their commission on their social media with credit to the artist (nai) or link one of my socials at anytime the art is showcased.As the artist, I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works, unless discussed with the client.A specific timeline for any commission is not specified unless it is needed by a certain time and has been stated.My works are for personal use only, for commercial use please discuss it before commissioning.Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed upon beforehand by the commissioner. A one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total price) for any commercial usage.Full payment is upfront or after sketch approval.All payments will be made through kofi or paypal USD unless stated otherwise.Total refund will be only given if I haven't started working on your commission or if I, won't be able to complete your order.By default; The client agrees that by commissioning the designer the process may be streamed or teased on social media. Full privacy for commissions may incur additional fees - this and any other restrictions regarding the commission must be agreed upon by both parties prior to payment.Use of the designer’s work in NFTs or in any NFT or Cryptocurrency related project is strictly prohibited.

ADOPTS.

Do not claim the adopt design as yours, credit must be given when needed.Payments will be made through a Paypal invoice or autobuy on kofi, after payment files of the design will be sent as well as ownership transfer on Toyhouse.Refunds and chargebacks are not allowed for any reason unless agreed upon by the artist. If done without contacting me it will result in an immediate blacklisting.Designs can be resold if they were obtained using money.Designs cannot be resold for more than what they were obtained for unless there is an added value such as commissions of said design. If resold, credit to the original designer (nai) must be given.Adoptables are for personal use only, for commercial uses or vtuber use, a one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total price) must be applied.I reserve rights to show the design on my portfolio but I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you.Once you purchase the design, you agree with all the terms above.
